Governing Documents

The specific purposes for which the Wyckland Homes Association was formed are to provide for the maintenance, preservation, control, management, and ownership of the roadway and Common Area.

These purposes include but are not limited to the enforcement and administration of the Reservations and Restrictive and Affirmative Covenants, the care of the road easements, to perform labor necessary of desirable to maintain the development in good repair and condition, and to landscape the roadways in the platted land.

Consistent application and management of the responsibilities noted in our governing documents by WHA, and the Board of Directors and its committees, are important to maintaining the beauty of our community and value to its owners.

Meeting Minutes

The following are links to Wyckland Homes Association meeting minutes. In a given year, these meetings include monthly operating committee meetings and the Annual Meeting of the Members. On occasion a monthly operating committee meeting is followed by a supplemental meeting. No "Special Meetings", as defined in the Covenants, have taken place during 2022 or 2023.
